YOUR WARRANTY

This warranty concerns and was attached to a DIGITAL SYSTEMS product on the day of the purchase, provided that the purchase was made within the warranty area.

DIGITAL SYSTEMS company guarantees that the product is free from any material and design faults and gives a 60-day (5-year) warranty. The warranty period for alarm siren and remote controls is 12 months.

1. The warranty shall be honoured only on the condition that annual (paid) inspections are made and confirmed with the brand stamp of an Authorized Installer
2. Warranty repair shall be performed free of charge within the shortest period of time possible (no more than 14 workdays from the date of taking the product for repair - upon presenting the valid warranty card and the receipt)
3. The warranty card is valid on the condition that it is made on the original form and contains the following information: type of the product, serial number, date of sale, stamp and signature of the dealer.

If the product is found to be faulty within the warranty period (from the date of the purchase), DIGITAL SYSTEMS or an Authorized Installer (within the warranty area) shall repair the product free of charge or (if DIGITAL SYSTEMS so decides) exchange the faulty product or its damaged parts according to the terms and conditions specified below.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The warranty is valid only within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
   
   
2. To be covered by this warranty the defective product must be supplied with the valid receipt. DIGITAL SYSTEMS and Authorized Installers reserve the right to refuse providing warranty service in case of lack of documents specified above, or in case the information on the documents is incomplete or illegible.
   
   
3. The warranty shall not be honoured in case the device type or serial number placed on the product has been changed, obliterated or removed.
   
   
4. The warranty does not apply to the following:
   
   
   1. repair or replacement of parts or sub-assemblies resulting from normal wear and tear;
      
      
   2. pare parts (parts planned to be exchanged, e.g. batteries, fuse, etc.);
      
      
   3. damage resulting from:
      
      
      1. misuse of the product
      2. failure to observe the instruction of installation
         
         
      3. repair conducted by anyone other than DIGITAL SYSTEMS staff member or an Authorized Installer;
      4. changes or alterations made to the product without prior consent of DIGITAL SYSTEMS;
      5. negligence
      6. accident, fire, liquid, humidity or chemicals effects, flood, excessive heat, electrical discharge or any external force.
   
   
5. DIGITAL SYSTEMS does not bear responsibility for any damage resulting from burglary or vehicle theft.

LIMITATIONS

With the exception of the above conditions DIGITAL SYSTEMS does not give warranty concerning quality of the products. In case of the above limitation is not fully allowed by the valid regulations, DIGITAL SYSTEMS reserves the right to limit its warranty terms and conditions to the boundaries allowed by the valid regulations. DIGITAL SYSTEMS is only obliged to repair or exchange faulty product according to the terms and conditions of this warranty. DIGITAL SYSTEMS does not bear any responsibility for loss or damage concerning products, service, warranty or other, including economic and incorporeal loss.
